No, there are no restrictions on how often you can use your home. You’re welcome to reserve your home for personal stays whenever you’d like, provided that you honor any guest reservations that are already on your calendar. To block out your travel dates, simply reserve them through your owner portal.
You don’t have to sign a long-term contract with Alora. You can cancel your agreement at any time, provided you give us a 90-day notice. We’ll honor new and existing reservations during that 90-day window. We believe in earning your long-term confidence without locking you into an ironclad contract.
